Submitting our website form is an inquiry/request and does not automatically confirm a reservation. Rates and availability are subject to change and are only confirmed once you receive an official booking confirmation through our booking platform (e.g., Cloudbeds) or our authorized channels.

You may be redirected to our booking platform to complete your reservation.

3. Payments, Fees, and Deposits

Payment terms (including deposits, full payments, and accepted payment methods) are shown during the booking process or communicated by our team. Additional charges may apply, including but not limited to:

  • Extra guest fees (if applicable)
  • Security deposits (if applicable)
  • Cleaning fees (if applicable)
  • Charges for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning

4. Guest Limits and Occupancy

Each unit has a maximum guest capacity. You agree to comply with the stated occupancy limits. Exceeding the maximum number of guests may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation without refund (subject to applicable policies).

  • The Den: up to 3 guests
  • Taylor Swift Condo: up to 4 guests
  • Captain’s Quarters: up to 10 guests

5. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are provided during booking or in your confirmation message. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges. Availability is not guaranteed.

6. House Rules and Guest Conduct

Guests must follow all house rules provided in the listing, booking confirmation, or on-site instructions. This may include rules on noise/quiet hours, smoking restrictions, pet policies (if applicable), care of furnishings and appliances, and proper use of amenities and common areas.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate a stay, or request removal of guests for violations of rules, unsafe behavior, or illegal activity.

7. Cancellations, Changes, and No-Shows

Cancellation and modification policies depend on the rate plan and booking channel used. Please review the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking. No-shows may be charged according to the applicable policy.

8. Damages and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, including damage by visitors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of personal belongings, theft, or damage to guest property, or for delays/interruptions caused by events outside our control (e.g., weather, power interruptions, building maintenance, government restrictions).

9. Third-Party Links and Booking Platforms

Our website may redirect you to third-party services such as Cloudbeds for reservations and payment processing. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
